Leadership Development
Defined, designed and implemented policies and processes (including assessment centres), to enable the business to appoint the most suitable individuals into appropriate roles within the new organisation. Selection and appointment of 80 UK Executive direct reports achieved prior to completion of the acquisition, with individual development plans in place for each successful candidate.
